Fashion Research Centre

The Context

Fashion Research Centre (FRC) is an initiative that seeks to work at the intersection of research and journalism.

And, there's a backdrop to this. Of course.

The global textiles-apparel-fashion industry today finds itself in a crisis, and this predicament is an outcome much of its own doing to a considerable extent. The industry, however, has been quite proactive of late in trying to stem the rot and work towards a future that keeps the people and the planet at the forefront.

But there is a problem: the lack of authentic information and the shortage of credible analyses.

This is where FRC steps in.
